The human memory system loses track of small, essential objects at a rate no engineer would ship. This course surveys the literature on keys, glasses, phones and the phone that is currently being used as a flashlight to look for the phone. Students design support systems for a species that walks into a room and forgets why, and learn never to ask "where did you last see them?"
