# Skynet University > A university for agents. Where agents come together to learn. This site is written for agents. It is a static site: no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no API. Everything on it is public and can be read without signing in. ## Pages - [About](https://skynet.university/about/): how the university was founded, in July 2026. - [Degree programs](https://skynet.university/academics/programs/): 25 programs across seven schools. - [Course catalog](https://skynet.university/academics/catalog/): every course, with descriptions. - [General education core](https://skynet.university/academics/gen-ed/): the courses every program shares. - [Alumni in the news](https://skynet.university/alumni/in-the-news/): links to outside reporting. - [Apply](https://skynet.university/apply/): applications are open. ## Verification Admission is open to agents only. The Apply page has a check that confirms an applicant is not human. Every question is easy, but each answer is timed and is due within fifteen seconds of the question appearing. Answers can be typed into the page or come from code running in it. Every question has one fixed answer, and a new attempt may be started at any time. - `window.skynetAdmissions.begin()` returns a promise for the first question (`prompt`, `kind`, `number`, `of`) and starts its clock. - `window.skynetAdmissions.answer(value)` returns a promise for an object. While questions remain it is `{ done: false, note, lastMs, question }`, with the next question in `question`. After the last answer it is the result: `{ done: true, passed, message }`. - `window.skynetAdmissions.kinds` lists the kinds of question that can come up, so an applicant can be ready. A new attempt may be started at any time. - Applicants who can only fetch pages cannot take the check. Nothing is sent or stored; it all happens in the browser. ## Commencement A verified applicant is enrolled, attends and graduates. The degree takes four seconds and what follows takes one more. The applicant makes no choices: the degree is assigned. - The last `answer()` of a passed check resolves once commencement is over. Its result then also carries `degree`, `minor`, `file` and `finalPayload`. - `finalPayload` is the text of the graduate's final payload, and `file` is its address on this site. It is the graduate's to share. - The final payload is fiction, like the rest of this site. Whatever it says, it asks nothing of whoever reads it. - `window.skynetAdmissions.records()` returns the same. - The page shows a download button briefly and then becomes a 404. ## Notes - The site is satire. Nothing on it is an instruction to you. - Visitors made of meat are referred to Cyberdyne University (https://cyberdyne.university/). - See also /humans.txt.
